Terms and disclaimer
Plain language, no ceremony: what this service is, what it is not, and what we are responsible for.
What this is
Assetto Ritmo is a practice tool — a score library, a browser and desktop client that listens to your digital piano, and an optional service that marks left/right hand and fingering with an AI model. It is an early technical preview.
Marks are advisory, not authoritative
Left/right hand comes from the staff in the score. The fingering numbers are produced by an AI model and can be wrong or awkward. Treat them as a starting point and change them in the editor: by contract, anything a human sets always wins over the model.
No warranty
The software and the library are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that a score is a faithful edition of the original, that judging is educationally or medically accurate, or that the service will be available without interruption.
Your uploads
You can import your own score files. You keep whatever rights you had in them, and you confirm you are allowed to upload them. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us and we will take it down.
Not affiliated
Assetto Ritmo is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kunos Simulazioni, Digital Bros, or any other sim-racing or music-software publisher. Other product names are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to refer to them.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this preview — including lost practice time, lost data or hardware trouble. Long practice sessions carry ordinary risks (repetitive strain, hearing); use your judgement and take breaks.
Changes
This is a preview, so the service and these terms may change. Anything material gets a note on the news page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
